  • 250 grams of spaghetti
  • 85 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 85 mL of vegetable oil
  • 85 mL of lemon juice
  • half tablespoons of grated lemon zest
  • enough pepper and salt


How to make:


  • Mix vegetable oil, squeeze lemon, grated lemon zest, Parmesan cheese, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  • Boil the spaghetti until the texture softens. Remove and strain from the water, separating about 150 mL of filter water.
  • Put spaghetti in a bowl of lemon sauce. Stir until the spaghetti and lemon sauce are evenly mixed. Add boiled water that has been separated according to your taste.

3. Sauté the chicken

  • 500 grams of chicken meat, cut into boxes
  • 2 stems of leeks
  • 1-2 of your favorite instant spices
  • 2 tablespoons of coriander
  • 100 mL of water

  • squeeze one lemon


How to make:


  • Heat the oil in the pan, then add the chicken pieces until the color turns white.
  • Add chives, instant spices, coriander, pepper and salt.
  • Add water, then cover the pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
